Anti-CT35 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CT35 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SPO11 gene, which encodes SPO11 initiator of meiotic double strand breaks. This protein is known to function in spermatid development, among other biological roles. The human version of CT35 has a canonical amino acid length of 396 residues and a protein mass of 44.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. CT35 is a member of the TOP6A protein family. Indicated applications for CT35 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
