Anti-COUPTFII antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target COUPTFII is a known alias name of the protein nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group F member 2, encoded by the NR2F2 gene in humans. This 414-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and brain development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for COUPTFII include ARP-1, ARP1, and CHTD4. Indicated applications for COUPTFII antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
