Anti-CFC antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CFC antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TBCC gene, which encodes tubulin folding cofactor C. This protein is known to function in protein folding, among other biological roles. The human version of CFC has a canonical amino acid length of 346 residues and a protein mass of 39.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. CFC is a member of the TBCC protein family. Indicated applications for CFC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
