Anti-CFIM25 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CFIM25 is a known alias name of the protein nudix hydrolase 21, encoded by the NUDT21 gene in humans. This 227-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the cleavage factor Im (CFIm) complex that functions as an activator of the pre-mRNA 3'-end cleavage and polyadenylation processing required for the maturation of pre-mRNA into functional mRNAs. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features acetylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. The term CPSF5 is another synonym for CFIM25. Indicated applications for CFIM25 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
