Anti-CC-CKR-9 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CC-CKR-9 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CCR9 gene, which encodes C-C motif chemokine receptor 9. This protein is known to function in chemotaxis and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CC-CKR-9 has a canonical amino acid length of 369 residues and a protein mass of 42 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells. This target antigen may also be known as CDw199. These CC-CKR-9 antibodies are widely used in Immunohistochemistry experiments, among other applications.
