Anti-CCA4 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CCA4 antigen is another term for the human protein MAF bZIP transcription factor, encoded by the MAF gene. The protein is known to act as a transcriptional activator or repressor. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 373 residues and a mass of 38.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is reported to be expressed in endothelial cells. The CCA4 protein is a member of the BZIP protein family. Other alias names for CCA4 include AYGRP and CTRCT21. Indicated applications for CCA4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
