Anti-CYP2C17 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CYP2C17 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CYP2C18 gene, which encodes cytochrome P450 family 2 subfamily C member 18. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of CYP2C17 has a canonical amino acid length of 490 residues and a protein mass of 55.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells. Other names for this target antigen include CPCI and CYP2C. Indicated applications for CYP2C17 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
