Anti-CNRS6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CNRS6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PCDHA5 gene, which encodes protocadherin alpha 5. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and nervous system development, among other biological roles. The human version of CNRS6 has a canonical amino acid length of 936 residues and a protein mass of 102 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and cerebellum. Indicated applications for CNRS6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
