Anti-ADAMTSR1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ADAMTSR1 is a known alias name of the protein ADAMTS like 1, encoded by the ADAMTSL1 gene in humans. This 1762-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in extracellular matrix organization, among other biological processes. It is localized to the extracellular matrix and is secreted of the cell and features O-glycosylated and N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in adult skeletal muscle.
