Anti-RAB1C antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RAB1C antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RAB35 gene, which encodes RAB35, member RAS oncogene family. This protein is known to function in cell division and neuronal development, among other biological roles. The human version of RAB1C has a canonical amino acid length of 201 residues and a protein mass of 23 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. RAB1C is a member of the Rab protein family.
