Anti-SRS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SRS is a known alias name of the protein spermine synthase, encoded by the SMS gene in humans. This 366-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze the production of spermine from spermidine and decarboxylated S-adenosylmethionine (dcSAM). It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the ovary and testis. Indicated applications for SRS antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
