Anti-CRI1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRI1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EID1 gene, which encodes EP300 interacting inhibitor of differentiation 1. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle and cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of CRI1 has a canonical amino acid length of 187 residues and a protein mass of 20.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as C15orf3. Indicated applications for CRI1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
