Anti-HUNK1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HUNK1 is a known alias name of the protein bromodomain containing 4, encoded by the BRD4 gene in humans. This 1362-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and DNA damage pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features acetylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for HUNK1 include CAP and FSHRG4. Western Blot is a widely used application for the HUNK1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
