Anti-TBS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TBS is a known alias name of the protein spalt like transcription factor 1, encoded by the SALL1 gene in humans. This 1324-amino acid residue protein is known to be a transcriptional repressor involved in organogenesis. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the kidney. Other synonyms for TBS include HEL-S-89, HSAL1, and Sal-1. Indicated applications for TBS antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
