Anti-NIAM antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NIAM antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TBRG1 gene, which encodes transforming growth factor beta regulator 1. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle and DNA replication, among other biological roles. The human version of NIAM has a canonical amino acid length of 411 residues and a protein mass of 44.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. NIAM is a member of the TBRG1 protein family. Indicated applications for NIAM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
