Anti-COX7A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the COX7A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the COX7A1 gene, which encodes cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7A1. This protein is known to function in electron transport, among other biological roles. The human version of COX7A has a canonical amino acid length of 79 residues and a protein mass of 9.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells. This target antigen may also be known as COX7AH. Indicated applications for COX7A antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
