Anti-CD280 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD280 antigen is another term for the human protein mannose receptor C type 2, encoded by the MRC2 gene. The protein is believed to play a role as endocytotic lectin receptor displaying calcium-dependent lectin activity. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1479 residues and a mass of 166.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is expressed in many tissues, such as the endometrium and skin. Other alias names for CD280 include CLEC13E. Indicated applications for CD280 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
