Anti-HEI10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HEI10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CCNB1IP1 gene, which encodes cyclin B1 interacting protein 1. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination and spermatid development, among other biological roles. The human version of HEI10 has a canonical amino acid length of 277 residues and a protein mass of 31.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes of cells. Indicated applications for HEI10 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
