Anti-NYAP2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein neuronal tyrosine-phosphorylated phosphoinositide-3-kinase adaptor 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 653 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.5 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the NYAP protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including phosphorylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include neuronal tyrosine-phosphorylated phosphoinositide-3-kinase adapter 2. NYAP2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These NYAP2 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
