Anti-CBWD1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CBWD1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZNG1A gene, which encodes Zn regulated GTPase metalloprotein activator 1A. This protein is known to function in kidney development, among other biological roles. The human version of CBWD1 has a canonical amino acid length of 395 residues and a protein mass of 44.1 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. CBWD1 is a member of the SIMIBI class G3E GTPase protein family. Some CBWD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
