Anti-MCC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MCC1 is a known alias name of the protein MCC regulator of WNT signaling pathway, encoded by the MCC gene in humans. This 829-amino acid residue protein is known to be the candidate for the putative colorectal tumor suppressor gene located at 5q21. It is localized to the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in a variety of tissues. The term colorectal mutant cancer protein is another synonym for MCC1. Indicated applications for MCC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
