Anti-RAB33A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB33A, member RAS oncogene family. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 237 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is found to be preferentially expressed in lymphoid cell lines. It is a member of the Rab protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras-related protein Rab-33A, Small GTP-binding protein S10, and RabS10. RAB33A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RAB33A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
