Anti-SNF2H antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene SMARCA5, or 'SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 5' in humans. The 1052-amino acid protein is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family, ISWI subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be nuclear.
