Anti-PGC1 alpha antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PGC1 alpha antigen is another term for the human protein PPARG coactivator 1 alpha, encoded by the PPARGC1A gene. The protein is reported to be a transcriptional coactivator for steroid receptors and nuclear receptors. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 798 residues and a mass of 91 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Other alias names for PGC1 alpha include LEM6 and PGC-1alpha. Some PGC1 alpha antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
