ATPB antibodies are immunological tools used to detect the beta subunit of the transmembrane complex, ATP synthase, also known as F1F0 ATP synthase or Complex V. ATP synthase catalyzes the formation of ATP from ADP and inorganic phosphate. It is evolutionarily conserved and can be found in bacteria, fungi, plants and animals. F-type ATPases consist of two structural domains – F1 and F0. Alpha and beta subunits form part of the core in F1. ATPB antibodies can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA kits. Visit the supplier page to know more about reactivity, conjugate/tag and clonality.
