Anti-ADA2 beta antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ADA2 beta antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TADA2B gene, which encodes transcriptional adaptor 2B. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of ADA2 beta has a canonical amino acid length of 420 residues and a protein mass of 48.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include transcriptional adapter 2-beta and ADA2-beta.
