Anti-E1B-AP5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target E1B-AP5 is a known alias name of the protein heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U like 1, encoded by the HNRNPUL1 gene in humans. This 856-amino acid residue protein is known to act as a basic transcriptional regulator. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features methylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for E1B-AP5 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
