Anti-NF110 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The NF110 antigen is another term for the human protein interleukin enhancer binding factor 3, encoded by the ILF3 gene. The protein is reported to be a RNA-binding protein that plays an essential role in the biogenesis of circular RNAs (circRNAs) which are produced by back-splicing circularization of pre-mRNAs. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 894 residues and a mass of 95.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for NF110 include CBTF, CBTF, and DRBF. Indicated applications for NF110 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
