Anti-JFC1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the JFC1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SYTL1 gene, which encodes synaptotagmin like 1. This protein is known to function in exocytosis and intracellular protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of JFC1 has a canonical amino acid length of 562 residues and a protein mass of 61.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for JFC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
