Anti-NUCKS antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NUCKS antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NUCKS1 gene, which encodes nuclear casein kinase and cyclin dependent kinase substrate 1. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of NUCKS has a canonical amino acid length of 243 residues and a protein mass of 27.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for NUCKS antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
