Anti-PNUTS antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PNUTS antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPP1R10 gene, which encodes protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 10. This protein is known to function in the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of PNUTS has a canonical amino acid length of 940 residues and a protein mass of 99.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CAT53 and FB19.
