Anti-ENT3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ENT3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC29A3 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 29 member 3. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of ENT3 has a canonical amino acid length of 475 residues and a protein mass of 51.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include HCLAP and HJCD. Indicated applications for ENT3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
