Anti-PAQR2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PAQR2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ADIPOR2 gene, which encodes adiponectin receptor 2. This protein is known to function in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological roles. The human version of PAQR2 has a canonical amino acid length of 386 residues and a protein mass of 43.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, tonsil, and adrenal gland. PAQR2 is a member of the ADIPOR protein family. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for PAQR2 antibodies.
