Anti-PRAMEF8 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PRAME family member 8. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 474 amino acid residues and a mass of 53.7 kDa. A member of the PRAME protein family, PRAMEF8 is known to be involved with the regulation of apoptosis and the regulation of cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include putative PRAME family member 24. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for PRAMEF8 antibodies.
