Anti-ABP130 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ABP130 is a known alias name of the protein SEC31 homolog A, COPII coat complex component, encoded by the SEC31A gene in humans. This 1220-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the coat protein complex II (COPII) which promotes the formation of transport vesicles from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is localized to the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for ABP130 include ABP125 and ABP125. Indicated applications for ABP130 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
