Anti-ABP125 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ABP125 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SEC31A gene, which encodes SEC31 homolog A, COPII coat complex component. This protein is known to function in Golgi transport and intracellular protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of ABP125 has a canonical amino acid length of 1220 residues and a protein mass of 133 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as ABP130. Indicated applications for ABP125 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
