Anti-SAPS1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SAPS1 is a known alias name of the protein protein phosphatase 6 regulatory subunit 1, encoded by the PPP6R1 gene in humans. This 881-amino acid residue protein is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 6 (PP6). It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with higher expression in testis. Other synonyms for SAPS1 include KIAA1115, PP6R1, and SAP190.
