Anti-SLC2A4RG antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SLC2A4 regulator. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 387 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. SLC2A4RG is a reported transcription factor involved in SLC2A4 and HD gene transactivation. Synonyms for this target antigen include GLUT4 enhancer factor and Huntington's disease gene regulatory region-binding protein 1. SLC2A4RG gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These SLC2A4RG antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
