Anti-Glucosidase II alpha subunit antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene GANAB in humans. The gene may also be known as G2AN, GIIA, GLUII, PKD3, neutral alpha-glucosidase AB, and alpha-glucosidase 2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 106.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
