Anti-OR1L3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 1 subfamily L member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 324 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR1L3 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OR9-D, olfactory receptor 1L3, olfactory receptor 9-D, olfactory receptor OR9-28, and OR9-28. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR1L3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
