Anti-JNK3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the JNK3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MAPK10 gene, which encodes mitogen-activated protein kinase 10. This protein is known to function in protein phosphorylation and signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of JNK3 has a canonical amino acid length of 464 residues and a protein mass of 52.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the hippocampus, colon, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. JNK3 is a member of the CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the JNK3 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
