Anti-Kallikrein 6 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene KLK6, or 'kallikrein related peptidase 6' in humans. The 244-amino acid protein is a member of the Peptidase S1 family, Kallikrein subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic, nuclear, mitochondrial and secreted. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
