Anti-PAQR4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 273 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is found to be widely expressed in a range of tissues. It is a member of the ADIPOR protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include progestin and adipoQ receptor family member IV. PAQR4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. These PAQR4 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
