Anti-CD276 antibodies are used in applications like immunofluorescence and flow cytometry for the detection of the protein encoded by the gene, CD276 molecule (CD276) in humans. The canonical CD276 protein is 534 amino acids in length, 57.2 kDa in mass, and has a membrane subcellular localization. It is a member of the BTN/MOG protein family. CD276 functions in signaling receptor binding. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably glycosylation. Synonyms for this protein include: 4Ig-B7-H3; B7-H3; B7RP-2; CD276 antigen; B7 homolog 3; costimulatory molecule. Orthologs for CD276 have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken.
