Anti-TMEM45A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 45A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 275 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the TMEM45 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DNAPTP4, DNA polymerase-transactivated protein 4, dermal papilla derived protein 7, and DERP7. TMEM45A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TMEM45A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
