Anti-POM121 transmembrane nucleoporin C antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene POM121C in humans. The gene may also be known as POM121-2, nuclear envelope pore membrane protein POM 121C, and POM121 membrane glycoprotein C. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 125.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine and monkey orthologs may also be found.
