Anti-SLC25A45 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 25 member 45. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 288 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Mitochondrial carrier (TC 2.A.29) protein family. SLC25A45 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some SLC25A45 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
