Anti-p130 Cas antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The p130 Cas antigen is another term for the human protein BCAR1 scaffold protein, Cas family member, encoded by the BCAR1 gene. The protein is reported to be a docking protein, which plays a central coordinating role for tyrosine kinase-based signaling related to cell adhesion. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 870 residues and a mass of 93.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell junctions and cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in B-cells. The p130 Cas protein is a member of the CAS protein family. Other alias names for p130 Cas include CAS, CAS1, and CASS1. Western Blot is the most common application for the p130 Cas antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
