Anti-OR2T1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily T member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 369 amino acid residues and a mass of 42 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 2T1, olfactory receptor 1-25, olfactory receptor OR1-61, and OR1-25. OR2T1 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR2T1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
