Anti-CRSP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRSP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MED1 gene, which encodes mediator complex subunit 1. This protein is known to function in angiogenesis and brain development, among other biological roles. The human version of CRSP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1581 residues and a protein mass of 168.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CRSP200. Western Blot is the most common application for the CRSP1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
